Renovation of bridge across Avedøre Havnevej

The bridge received new damp-proofing insulation, and the concrete was repaired on the upper and lower sides of the bridge. Moreover, moisture escape recesses have been mounted. The renovation work involved the replacement of damp-proofing material, which protects the concrete construction from water and moisture. This meant that the bridge pavement needed replacing. Additionally, the existing bridge bearings were replaced, and the concrete damage underneath the bridge, the end abutment and the box girders was repaired.
