Marlon Adhesion Primer CP is a primer used to improve adhesion in connection with concrete repairs and for anti-carbonation and corrosion-inhibiting reinforced steel and structural steel.
To achieve the best results, it is important to use skilled labour with knowledge of concrete technology and renovation.

The surface must be well-suited and washed clean of any oil, grease, cement slurry and other loose particles through chipping, sandblasting etc. Damaged concrete must be chipped away down to healthy, adhesive concrete. Reinforced iron and other cast steel must be cleaned with a wire brush to remove rust, chlorides and other impurities. The surface must be slightly absorbent and should be dampened as needed. Marlon recommends having the surface approved by a consultant or inspector before starting repair work.

Add clean mixing water to Marlon Adhesion Primer CP in a bucket/mixing tub and mix thoroughly with a drill and mixing attachment. Mix until you achieve a fluid, workable paint consistency. The mixing time is approx. 5 min.
